The rest days allow you to work out a different muscle group or participate in an additional form of exercise (jogging, group classes etc).   • Complete the onboarding questionnaire. Some questions may not apply to this program. Do your best.
  • Your program schedule will be available within 24 hours
  • Your macros will be available almost immediately so you can begin to log your nutrition
  • Follow the weekly workout program. There is freedom to add your own workouts on days marked rest.
